Melissa is a doctoral student in the George Mason University Human Factors and Applied Cognition psychology program. As one of the main usability researchers on the team, her duties entail improving the app’s interface and user experience through iterative testing and implementation of human-computer interaction principles. As a link between the programmers and the designers, utilizing a human factors approach helps make Fleet a more viable and complete product.
